Practical Vanity was founded by Andrea Bourne Lim. A professional herself, Andrea saw a need to offer style and image guidance that was realistic and attainable. Andrea has worked in management consulting, software, and ecommerce. She is a strategic leader in her field. Her passion is making others feel great about themselves through their image. Andrea worked in retail and wardrobe consulting for 7 years. She has modeled and produced fashion shows. She has transformed clients in short periods of time and maintains a relationship with them for future development needs. Growing up around the world as the daughter of a seamstress, Andrea was exposed to fabrics, cut, colors, prints, mixing, matching and tailoring throughout her lifetime. She knows from personal experience that not everyone is the same and that one’s appearance is important for life success and personal feelings of satisfaction.
