What We Do

Practical Vanity was created to work with individuals and groups to develop their personal style and image. Whether you are trying to reinvent your image or improve it in just one area of your life, Practical Vanity is here to help you take what is on the inside and project it on the outside. Provide the world around you with an accurate representation of who you are and what you want the world around you to think when they see you.

Practical Vanity provides a variety of image and stylist services for both women and men, with a concentration in the late 20’s to 70’s age bracket. We provide the same personal touch with all of our services. Every service starts with a private questionnaire which allows us to assess your personal style needs. From there we cater each packaged service you selected to those specific needs or recommend the service that is the best fit for you. This is how we are different from the personal shoppers that you find in department stores. We are personally vested in the satisfaction of our customers, are proud of the final results, and enjoy watching the transformation that our clients undergo as they develop their own personal style and image. The increased self confidence that our clients gain and new people that our clients turn into is a priceless evolution that we take privledge in being a part of.

Past clients have called us for everything from a full make over that will impact every part of their lives to a small image improvement because they only need help in one area. Still others hire us for a fun and different birthday or retirement party event. Some clients have been at a transitional point in their lives, meaning that an aspect of their lives that was stable for some time has changed. Examples include changing careers from IT to Government, going from working professional to stay at home parent, or moving up the corporate ladder to a senior level position. Many others are on the brink of retirement but want to continue to look young, modern and stylish. All of these examples apply to both our male and female clients.
